Glen is a qualified Indentured Carpenter and manages, leads, and motivates on-site staff, extending to sub-contractors and suppliers. He is able to communicate effectively with other professionals (Engineers, Architects, Quantity Surveyors, and the like).

How we build a deck

When you contact The Decking Specialist, you can expect the following 8 step process… 
  1. Schedule an appointment – including Saturdays and Sunday’s if needed
  2. Go through costings - thorough discussion of materials and labour
  3. On-the-spot measure and quote – which is printed out immediately
  4. Confirm and schedule time - to carry out the job
  5. Initial payment - 50% payment is required up front
  6. Complete the job
  7. Ensure client satisfaction - go through the job with every client to ensure complete job satisfaction
  8. Remaining payment - the remaining 50% is required on completion
